I’m Jeniffer Ward, a transaction coordinator with a deep background in operations, contract management, and client-centered service. For more than two decades, I’ve worked in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where accuracy, communication, and follow-through aren’t optional—they’re essential.

Our story so far

My career began in hospitality leadership and operations, where I managed contracts, coordinated multiple teams, and ensured exceptional client experiences under pressure. Later, as a multi-location business owner, I oversaw daily operations, documentation, scheduling, and vendor coordination while leading teams of up to 40 professionals. These roles sharpened my ability to manage complex workflows, anticipate needs, and keep many moving parts aligned—all skills that translate seamlessly into real estate transaction coordination.

Today, through my work with The Listing Atelier, I support real estate agents by managing the details that happen after the contract is signed. I handle timelines, documentation, communication, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks. My approach is proactive, organized, and calm—designed to reduce stress for agents and create a smooth, professional experience for their clients.

Why did you decide to start The Listing Atelier?

I wanted to create a space where real estate agents feel genuinely supported behind the scenes. I’ve seen firsthand how much solo agents juggle every day, and I knew there was a need for someone who could step in, handle the details with care, and allow agents to focus on their clients with confidence.

What do you love most about supporting real estate agents?

I love being the steady, reliable presence agents can count on. There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing a transaction stayed on track because the details were handled thoughtfully and proactively. Helping agents feel less overwhelmed and more supported is at the heart of what I do.

How would you describe your working style?

I’m very hands-on, detail-focused, and proactive. I pay close attention to timelines and communication, and I’m always thinking a few steps ahead. I want agents to feel at ease knowing someone is watching over the process and catching things before they become problems.
